Using the web

Summarize every part inside each section in two or three sentences and post it in your blog. Any questions on vocabulary or structures you have, you can ask in class. After we finish all the lessons, you will have to choose what topic about using the internet you want to present in class, which will be a speaking mark and we are also going to do a Vocabulary Test.

Basic web 2: Email & Sharing

Do all 5 sections on email and sharing.

Email & sharing

Make a list of the most important vocabulary in the different sections. And after we finish all the sections, you will have to explain in class what is your use of email and sharing in different social nets (speaking activity). You will also have to do a writing activity consisting on you posting an email in your blog (with the correct structre) telling me about a normal week (correct tense) in your life and the lessons you take at school.

2) Once you complete the lyrics, we are going to correct by watching THIS VIDEO.
3) Later we are going to know about the meaning of the song and you'll be able to sing if you want: Karaoke + translation
4) What do you know about this series? Can you work in pairs and write a little summary of the plot and characters? If you don't know anything about it, you can go to its wiki to find some information to do this activity.

Do all 9 sections about mobile and phones. I'll make you some questions about each of them afterwards which you'll have to answer in your blog.

A comparison of two websites

Find two websites to compare, one that you like very much and another one that you don't like.

Make as many comparisons as you can and mention the different characteristics and components of each website.

USE COMPARATIVE AND SUPERLATIVE ADJECTIVES AND AS MUCH SPECIFIC VOCABULARY AS YOU CAN.

You have to post your comparison in your blogs with the link to the websites, and then, when it is corrected, you'll have to make a presentation in class comparing the two websites. You will only have the visual help of the websites, no reading!!
